   i am normally inquired as to what the meaning of 8-k is.
   8-k is a report of unscheduled material events or corporate changes at a company that could be of importance to the shareholders or the Securities and Exchange Commission.
   Examples of events reported on an 8-K include acquisition, bankruptcy, resignation of directors, or a change in the fiscal year. Also known as Form 8k.

   from what i understand the assumption that the ILS-NOK is anticipated to weaken towards the 8th of next month emerged through the fact that ILS-NOK rate will be affected by the descent in the import of domestic products, and as a consequence will lower a factor which if correct could possibly be behind the ILS's plunge.
